The present application has been filed challenging the cognizance order dated 07.09.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Mahila P.S. Case No.08 of 2015.

The present application has been filed on 16.01.2020 challenging the cognizance order which has been passed on 07.09.2016.

In the opinion of this Court, this application cannot be entertained on the ground of delay and laches in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2425 of 2020(7) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 challenging the cognizance order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
