The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajouli P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016, registered for offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have no concern with the illicit liquor. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 02.11.2019.

No.1594 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IIcum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Rajouli P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016.
