The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26/27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No injury is available on record as no one has sustained any gun shot injury. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 28.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.85302 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.
