1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case no. 243 of 2025 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 27 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information having been received and a raid being conducted, three accused persons made an attempt to escape but were caught. It is stated that on search, while a loaded country made pistol etc. were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, a live cartridge and four small packets of ganja weighing 20 grams were recovered.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He is in custody since 24.6.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the petitioner having remained custody for six months since 24.6.2025 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case no. 243 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sitaharhi.
