The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 128/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448/341/323/324/452/ 380/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of assault is not against the present petitioner, but it is alleged that the petitioner had pulled the Sari of the informant's wife and, therefore, he is apprehending his arrest. It is further submitted that the said allegation is purely ornamental and has been made with the oblique intention of maligning the petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. No.84716 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 128/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
