Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.846 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304B,328 and 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners happen to be relatives of the husband of the deceased and they have no concern with the alleged occurrence. As a matter of fact, the police after investigation has not found the case of Section 304B of the I.P.C. and submitted charge-sheet under 306 of the IPC against the petitioners. These petitioners

It appears that a Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the informant but no body has appeared on behalf of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.846 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
