2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 75 kg Ganja was recovered from the seized truck bearing registration no. WB73W6491.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the truck in question and he has got no concern with the alleged recovery. His name transpired in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rajesh Yadav. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and huge quantity of recovery, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
