JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019, dated 09.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 409, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The substratum of the allegation against the petitioner is that he obtained appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher by submitting forged certificates. It appears from the records that there was some suspicion regarding the certificates furnished by the petitioner, but there is no conclusive proof of the same that it was forged.
