JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 17.625 litres of liquor from the tempo of the petitioner It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and the recovered liquor is not of the petitioner rather the same is of one of the passengers and he has been in judicial custody since 24.11.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

No.85937 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 circumstances of the case, in view of the submissions as above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge -II, Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019.
