Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with G.R.No.5234/19, Bihar P.S.Case No.613/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 406, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and other accused persons are said to have taken Rs.05 lac for providing job in the Railway to the informant and thus misappropriated the amount.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that one Subodh Kumar has lodged the case against the informant suspecting the petitioner as his person, he has been made accused in this case. No specific allegation of taking of money against him.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with G.R.No.5235 of 2019, Bihar P.S.Case No.613 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to cooperate in the investigation and appear before the police as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
