BAJANTHRI) Date : 19-04-2024 The present LPA is filed in assailing the order of learned Single Judge dated 26.11.2019 passed in CWJC No. 23276 of 2019. Perusal of the learned single judge order dated 26.11.2019, it is evident that appellant's service appeal is pending consideration before the concerned appellate authority on such ground the petitioner's writ petition was disposed of.

Be that as it may, service appeal which is pending consideration before the concerned appellate authority is requested to decide the appellant's appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which appellant is hereby directed to file an interlocutory application to revive this order so as to pass adverse orders against such appellate authority/competent authority before whom the appellant's service appeal is pending consideration. Accordingly, LPA stands dismissed.
