JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard Mr. Jitendra Prasad Singh, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Ravish Chandra, learned AC to SC-6 and Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Biharsharif Municipal Corporation.

2. The parties admit that almost all the retirement dues have been paid to the petitioner, however, the revised pension applicable to the petitioner after 6th Pay Commission only part amount has been paid. It has been informed by Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Biharsharif Municipal Corporation that municipality has adopted the 6th Pay Commission with effect from September, 2012.

3. In such view of the matter if the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.554 of 2020(10) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 aggrieved for non-payment of any other retiral dues including his claim for difference of salary after 6th Pay Commission, he may file detailed representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Biharsharif, Nalanda. The representation of the petitioner must be disposed of within six weeks from the date of its filing.

4. With the above observations and directions the present writ petition stands disposed of.
