The petitioner is accused in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, police got recorded his confessional showing the involvement in the present case and thereafter, petitioner was remanded in the present case on 09.08.2019, as petitioner is accused in similar nature of another case, i.e, Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.84726 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
