Recovery of 530 liter illicit liquor from the Micro Tech advertisement vehicle of the company which was used for the advertisement of company. It further appears that a special chamber was prepared for keeping illicit liquor. Petitioners happens to be the driver and khalasi of the vehicle. Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, the learned Trial court is directed to expedite the trial of this case and conclude it within a period of four months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Rahul/- U T
