The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 dated 13.03.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has transpired in the confession of a co-accused viz. Pintu Kumar who is stated to have been granted bail. There is no recovery from the petitioner. The petitioner claims himself to be the proprietor of a musical group and because of some dispute with Pintu Kumar, aforesaid Pintu Kumar had named him in his confession.

No.86073 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
