JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.03.2016 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj in Arms Case No. 6 of 2006 whereby and where-under the said Arms Case No. 6 of 2006 has been deferred till the disposal of Sessions Trial No. 513/05- 123/05, pending before the learned court of Fast Track, Gopalganj, against the petitioner herein, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to issuance of direction to the District Magistrate, Gopalganj to pass appropriate orders in the pending Arms Case No. 6 of 2006 within a stipulated time frame, immediately upon disposal of the aforesaid sessions trial. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

It is needless to state that such decision shall be taken by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj within a period of four weeks of the petitioner informing the District Magistrate, Gopalganj about disposal of the aforesaid sessions trial, pending against the petitioner herein.
