JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1001 of 2019 (Special Case No. 9705/19), registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 125 litres of mahua liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 31.10.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85933 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1001 of 2019 (Special Case No. 9705/19).
