Considering the fact that the Division Bench of this has already passed order in C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2016, the Court is not inclined to issue any further direction, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the respondents to remind them about the order passed by the Division Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2016 so that appropriate action may be taken in accordance with law.
