Counsel for the petitioner submits that other petitioners had approached this court for similar relief as is being prayed for in the instant proceedings. This court has disposed of the writ petition of others similarly situated as the petitioner in CWJC No. 25647 of 2019 on 20.12.2019 with certain liberties. In the said proceedings this court has passed the following order:- "Considering the fact that the Division Bench of this court has already passed order in CWJC No. 384 of 2016, the court is not inclined to issue any further direction, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1593 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 respondents to remind them about the order passed by the Division Bench in CWJC No. 384 of 2016 so that appropriate action may be taken in accordance with law.

The respondents may take appropriate decision within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of ".

Submission is that similar order may be passed in the instant proceedings.

Considering the fact that the Division Bench of this court has already passed order in CWJC No. 384 of 2016, the court is not inclined to issue any further direction, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the respondents to remind them about the order passed by the Division Bench in CWJC No. 384 of 2016 so that appropriate action may be taken in accordance with law.
