This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Fulwariya P.S.Case No.93 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 447, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other accused persons are said to have made indiscriminate firing causing death of the son of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in her re-statement, the informant has named this petitioner. As a matter of fact the deceased died in some other way and the petitioner has falsely been implicated. He is in custody since 16.9.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84990 of 2019(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 the petitioner, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is direct allegation against the petitioner also and there are altogether seven fire arm injury on the dead body.. Having heard both sides and considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner . With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
