The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S.case No.49 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be mother-in-law and the father-inlaw of the deceased and there is allegation of causing the murder of the deceased with respect to demand of motorcycle and T.V.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and all the family members excluding the husband have been made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86841 of 2019(4) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 accused in this case . Dead body was found outside the house of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 13.11.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted and they are ready to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 14, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.case No.49 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
