2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Informant alleges that his sister was tied, set on fire after sprinkling kerosene oil and locked in a room by these petitioners and co-accused Santosh Ram (husband of informant's sister). The reason for the occurrence is that informant's sister used to oppose the extra-marital affair of her husband.
