It is submitted that so far as the present writ application is concerned, it has become infructuous. This Court agrees with the submission of learned counsel for the State that the present writ application which was filed solely seeking a proper investigation of the case has become infructuous at this stage. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation and is looking for further investigation or re-investigation of the case, he may seek his remedy as may be advised to him in accordance with law.
