2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has

Patna High Court CWJC No.20612 of 2025(2) dt.24-12-2025 2/2 already made a representation dated 06.09.2025 (Annexure P/6) ventilating her grievance before the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, District Board, Lakhisarai i.e. the Respondent No. 8 herein, however, the authority has not passed any order till date. The authority i.e. Respondent No. 8 herein is directed to consider the representation dated 06.09.2025 (Annexure P/6) made by the petitioner. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing.

Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
