The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 188 and 272/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 180, 182 and 184 of the Motor Vehicle Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the vehicle checking, one Brezza car was apprehended with some illicit English wine but the same vehicle did not belong to the present petitioner but one Ugrasen Kumar, who in his confessional statement has taken the name of the petitioner. It is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
