Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhariya P.S.Case No.386 of 2019 dated 3.11.2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation against the petitioner is of stabbing to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false, which will appear from the injury report and that shows that the injury is superficial in nature on the person of the informant. There was petty dispute between the parties for which the occurrence took place. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.85491 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Barhariya P.S.Case no.386 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
