2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Dr. Badari Narayan Singh v. The State of Bihar & Ors in CWJC No. 4012 of 2022 dated 06.10.2023.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions, the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.1180 of 2020(3) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No.5/The Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga by filing a representation along with all supporting judgments and documents within a period of four weeks, which shall be decided by Respondent No.5 within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. If it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by Dr. Badari Narayan Singh, then similar benefits shall be granted to the petitioner.

5. Respondent no. 5 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
