Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nawanagar P.S.Case No.220 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioners and his family members went over the land and assaulted the informant and his family members , causing injury to them.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4522 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 that petitioner no.5 is the own brother of the informant and there is partition suit going on between the parties . As a matter of fact the petitioners were tilling the land and in order to pressurize the petitioners, the present case has been lodged and the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from the impugned order itself.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar, in connection with Nawanagar P.S.Case No.220 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
