The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 506, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 18.06.2020, 19.06.2020 and 24.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 83946 of 2019, 3841 of 2020 and 1053 of 2020 as contained in Annexures - 2, 3 & 4 respectively. It is further

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, District - Patna in connection with Bypass P.S.
