JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mahisi P. S. Case No. 88 of 2019 dated 19.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 224, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the prosecution report that one Shrawan Paswan was attempted to be arrested by the police

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioners that they are co-villagers of the aforesaid Shrawan Paswan and have been made accused in this case only as a vindictive measure by the local police.

There is no injury on anyone of the members of the policy party.

The petitioners are stated to be persons of clean antecedents and are not related to the aforesaid Shrawan Paswan.

Considering these aspects of the matter, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in
