JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P. S. Case No.553 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of IPC. There is recovery of one stolen mobile from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion he has been arrested. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for two and half months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the
