2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balwahat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 108, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife by poisoning her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that it has come during investigation that the deceased has committed suicide because of a trivial dispute between the petitioner and the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Balwa Hat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025.
