2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria R.S. P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 324(4) & (5), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 74, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he has snatched ornaments and has given a tooth bite.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. He also submits that the allegations are ornamental. The petitioner has not done anything. He also submits that there is no allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91063 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2026 2/2 against the petitioner to assault the wife of the informant. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
