JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Collector, Buxar to dispose of the pending Confiscation Case No.46 of 2017.

The learned counsel for the respondent State has got no objection in case stipulated time period is fixed. Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Buxar to dispose of the pending Confiscation Case No. 46 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the present order.

It is needless to state that if the petitioner approaches

Patna High Court CWJC No.1168 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 the Collector, Buxar for supply of a copy of the order-sheet of the aforesaid case, he would be supplied the same upon deposit of the requisite charges.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
