JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 24-02-2020 Mr. Dhananjaya Nath Tiwari, learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter during the course of the day. This matter has been taken up for admission today on the ground of Mr. Tiwari being in personal difficulty as he has to leave the town for getting himself medically treated.

The petitioner, who is a PDS dealer, is aggrieved by the fact that his licence has been cancelled by the licensing authority. He stands further aggrieved by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3894 of 2020 dt.24-02-2020 2/2 fact that notwithstanding the petitioner having filed an appeal before the appellate authority against the order of cancellation of licence (Appeal No. 5 of 2019) on 5th of March, 2019, the same has not yet been disposed off. This Court directs the appellate authority to dispose off the appeal of the petitioner within a period of sixty days to be counted from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
