JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No.155 of 2019 disclosing offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(b), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of trying outrage the modesty of the informant and also snatching golden locket. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact the husband of the informant was engaged in trade of liquor business that was objected by these petitioners and for that the present case had been lodged. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
