The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b) and 26 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of empty country made pistol beneath the bed of the room of the petitioner and also 6.500 liters country made liquor from the house also. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
