Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.364/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 379/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and has not been arrested at the place of occurrence. Further submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of Sonu Kumar, who doing business of selling theft motorcycle. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85332 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.364/2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheikhpura, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
