2. The instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) to the respondents, specifically the Respondent No. 5 to initiate the Encroachment proceeding against the Respondent No. 7 from the Gair Mazarua land of State of Bihar and to pass the

Patna High Court CWJC No.236 of 2026(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/3 necessary order in respect of part of the land of Mauza Saidabad Thana No. 98 Khata No. 129 Khesra No. 171 of Area 1.36 Acres situated under the Respondent No. 5 so that the Murti of Sant Ravidas has to be removed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for initiating the Encroachment proceeding against the Respondent No. 7 of the land appertaining to Mauza Saidabad Thana No. 98, Khata No. 129, Khesra No. 171 and representation has already been placed before District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Rohtas, Sasaram.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that necessary directions may be issued to all concerned authorities to get the same adjudicated by passing necessary order on the representation filed by the petitioner.

Considering the stand of the parties, this Court directs Respondent No. 2 to carry out measurement process of the land in question, by issuing notices to all concerned including this petitioner, for which requisite deposit of fee has also been made by this petitioner and after securing attendance of all the parties concerned, appropriate steps would be taken to get the land measured, as per law. It is expected that the entire exercise shall be carried out within a period of two months and
