The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hathuwa P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, dated 14.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and other members of the family, but the injuries suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence as well.

The petitioners are the agnates and neighbours of the informant and his family members.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection
