The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.666 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners alongwith other accused persons and alleged that both the petitioners, who are ladies, provided sickle to Rajkumar Chaudhary and Pramod Chaudhary. Pramod Chaudhary assaulted the informant with knife on his neck which hit on the right hand of the informant. Chhedan Chaudhary, Rajesh Chaudhary, Rajkumar and Pramod were instigated to assault on the neck on which Rajkumar Chaudhary again gave blow on the neck of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is

There is no allegation against the petitioners that the petitioners assaulted anybody. The only allegation against the petitioners is that they provided sharp edged weapon to two other accused persons. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the facts that the petitioners are ladies and they have not assaulted anybody, let petitioners, namely, Lalita Devi and Rekha Devi in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.666 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
