1. The learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad, Bihat has stated that the State Government has notified Bihar State School Teacher (Appointment, Transfer, Administrative Action and Service Condition) Rules, 2023, wherein in Clause 19(2), it has been specifically mentioned that after coming into force of the said rules, no new appointment shall be made and the appointment of school teachers are now required to be made through the Bihar Public Service Commission.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
