The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 dated 10.02.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired on the statement and identification of a Chowkidar regarding a motorcycle which was allegedly abandoned by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner and he is being prosecuted in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. The earlier case in which the

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrae, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
