Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 450 of 2019 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in looting Pickup Van Bolero.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.10.2019. He further submits that other co-accused, namely, Ankit Kumar @ Ankit Singh and Dipendra Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6126 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Singh @ Dipendra Kumar @ Tuntun Singh @ Tunu Singh, have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 10.01.2020 and 31.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.585 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 5211 of 2020, respectively.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent the petitioner and other co-accused have been granted bail, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, District Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S.
