ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448/341/323/427/504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties and the present false case has been filed stating that the petitioners entered into their house and mutilated the properties. It is further submitted that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence and for that matter nor is there any impartial witness.
