The petitioner seeks bail in Thawe P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner was caught by the police while he was going on a motorcycle i.e. Splendor, which was stolen.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that till date, the allegation of stolen motorcycle is not correct and no chit of paper has been submitted in support of the same. In this case, chargesheet has already been submitted and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 31-08-2019, having no criminal
