This application is filed for modification of order dated 24.09.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60520 of 2019 under which the petitioner, who was at serial No. 2, along with four others were allowed privilege of pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner and four others were granted pre-arrest bail on 24.09.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60520 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86777 of 2019(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, namely, Md. Alam, as ordered on 24.09.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60520 of 2019 be further extended by three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 24.09.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60520 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.
