The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 247/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle of the petitioner had been borrowed by two persons, namely, Pankaj Kumar Singh and Prem Ranjan who were allegedly apprehended with some illicit liquor and the petitioner being the owner of the vehicle is apprehending his arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents and has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case.

No.85867 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VII cum Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
