The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after lapse of two days. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
