In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.280 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1b)A/26/27/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that the accused persons on motorcycle came and resorted firing and also threatened, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case because he happens to be brother of co-accused Arun Kumar Mahato and nothing has been recovered from his possession.
